I don’t know if this Canada Goose was giving me the stink eye or not, but you certainly don’t want to cross any one of them. They are very territorial and will fiercely protect their nesting area if they feel threatened. If you hear them starting to hiss at you, you might want to leave for they will attack anything they consider to be a predator, including humans. They have big eyes, as evidenced in this close up photo, and they are always on the watch.
