This juvenile Osprey peers out from its massive nest on Jekyll Island, Georgia, surveying its domain. Members of the hawk family, Ospreys are raptors and are expert hunters in catching live fish to sustain their diet. With its talons outstretched, I’ve seen an Osprey snatch a fish from a lake and fly it back to its nest nearby.
