Happy New Year from the St. Simons Island Lighthouse. The St. Simons Light can be seen approximately sixteen miles out to sea and has served as an important navigational aid for the last 145 years. As we enter this new year, may we all have a beacon of light to lead us to safe shores. Have a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2018 everyone.
